This is a very clean unit. Look at the crispness of the pages it is printing. Note the ADF trqay has been repaired and we have pictured it for reference. Built in digital sender with many advanced features. Email gateway just needs configured upon setup. Includes duplexer for two-sided printing. ADF allows automatic scanning of multiple documents. The HP 4100mfp printer function was designed for a duty cycle of 150,000 pages per month - this one only has 51664 pages in its' life, or about 10 DAYS of printing at it's rated duty cycle - NEARLY NEW.

This machine is guaranteed to perform as we describe in the testing section below, upon receipt. TESTING
This unit was thoroughly processed by our site tech. Our process involves cleanup, lube, treating rollers and testing all functions. A suite of documents and nearly 50 pages of testing are performed before we pronounce the machine as passed and ready to offer. We did test the copy function and the machine performed flawlessly - perfect copies! The ADF pulls paper perfectly. The flatbed scanning function also was tested and copies documents perfectly. The machine is ready to setup in your location and run.
