This is a very heavy duty level 3 (fast security) shredder with high volume capabilities. Audit NSA Level 3 shredding confirmed - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it after going through our shop, with no issues whatsoever. The sensors were performance tested and all work as intended. The machine was fully cleaned and lubed. All drivetrain components checked for New condition and confirmed. The mill and all components performing per oem specification. The case will show some blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type and we have pictured those blemishes.

About the Securio P40c
The P40 is one of the largest models from the HSM Securio series. Shred up to a whopping 37 sheets per pass and each sheet will be turned into 517 cross cut particles. Level 3/P-4 cross cut shredding is safer than strip cut shredding, but should not be used for confidential information. Even shred credit cards, CDs/DVDs, and floppy disks through the second media slot which also keeps paper and plastic shred waste separate. And even though the P40 is a larger paper shredder, users can easily move the shredder around via the sturdy castors to meet shredding needs of multiple users and departments. The P40 CC isn’t just big, it’s intelligent too. The multifunctional control button displays many backlit icons that indicate operational status. AntiJam Technology automatically detects and reverses a paper jam. And if the shredder is inactive for a certain amount of time, it will enter standby mode during which power consumption decreases by 90% to prevent wasting energy. When the P40 cross cut shredder flashes that the shred bag is full, simply open up the cabinet and pull out the frame to remove the shred bag. The HSM P40 is available in strip cut, cross cut, and high security models.
