Notes from our Tech when ReConditioned
This is a very heavy duty level 3 crosscut shredder with high volume capabilities. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it after going through our shop, with no issues whatsoever. The sensors were performance tested and all work as intended. The machine was fully cleaned and lubed. All drivetrain components checked for wear. The mill and all components performing per oem new specification. The case will show some blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type and we have pictured those blemishes. Note that we installed a complete set of casters in this machine ($200 value alone).

NOTE - This is a RARE 400. The 400 is the heaviest machine made in it's class by Kobra. If you look closely, you will see industrial controls and all-steel gear drivetrain on the 400. This machine is a never fail monster - NO PLASTIC GEARS !

Being an office shredder, it has high shredding capacity. It can shred 46 papers, 4 credits cards, and 2 CD/DVDs at a time! It also has a large bin to handle its high workload. You won't need to buy shredder bags regularly.

The Kobra 400 C4 cross cut shredder features an 'Energy Smart' power management system. This environment friendly smart system reduces your bills.
