Multiple purchases are encouraged and we are open to discounting for quantity, just get in touch. Includes some wiring connector blocks as shown with no promises as to how many, but all will include some as shown in the example.

About This Part -  Hirsch SNIB2 Secure Network Interface Board / Physical Access Controller Control Systems with the Network Board using Version 5.99 option module shown. Rev D or E base board. Secure Network Interface Board For DIGI*TRAC Controller.  SNIB2 is a second-generation SNIB that uses high-performance protocol XNET2. SNIB2 has three ports: 10/100BASE-T Ethernet port, a multi-drop RS-485 channel, and a direct connection to a host PC. M2 and M8 sysytems supported.

Networks DIGI*TRAC controller to PC (with Velocity Version 2.6 SP2 or later only) via 10/100 Ethernet (TCP/IP), RS-232 (direct connect only), or RS-485 (solo controller only).  Optically isolated RS-485 and RS-232 ports.  RS-485 for multidrop between SNIB2s at baud rates up to 115KBps or SNIB at 9600 Bps.  Supports AES (128 bit Rijndael) encryption between host PC and Master SNIB2 and between Master SNIB2 and downstream SNIB2.  Master SNIB2 supports integral XBox functionality for globalization
