Notes from our Tech when ReConditioned
This is a very heavy duty level 6 (maximum security) shredder with high volume capabilities. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it after going through our shop, with no issues whatsoever. The sensors were performance tested and all work as intended. The machine was fully cleaned and lubed. All drivetrain components checked for wear. The mill and all components performing per oem specification, with the exception noted below. Several teeth are broken, but it does not affect performance - see pictures of shreds. The case will show some blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type and we have pictured those blemishes.
BIJOR TM-1 Auto Oil Pump- MPN 35387
Why is this special? See specs below. This is the best auto oiler there is. It has a manual primer plunger pump, used to both prime and deliver on a cycle that can be adjusted. It has a beautiful heavy acrylic gallon sized tank. It has a low float that shuts the machine down until it is re-filled to assure no one can run it with oil. This oiler is the ultimate in protecting your investment in a shredder. This system is sold as an add-on kit for about 1/2 of what we are asking for the entire machine - its a great accessory and added value.
NOTE - we installed a set of improved heavy duty casters on this machine (see picture)
NOTE - we are not guaranteeing this machine to PASS a Level 6 shredding audit. It is evaluated and listed on NSA/CSS 02-01 for High Security Paper Shredders. This means several teeth are broken and every shred will not meet the spec. The cutter assembly is pictured so you can see it. The machine is also listed for the NSA/CSS One Hr Durability Rating and has been rated at 19 reams ( 150 Pounds ) when feeding 10 Sheets

About the Olympia 1702.1C Shredder
Olympia 1702.1C high security level 6 paper shredder with a cross cut size of 0.8mm x 4.5mm. Comes with factory installed BIJUR automatic oiler, and 4 quarts of shred oil. Meets NSA/CSS 02/01 specifications and is rate by the NSA to shred up to 19 reams per hour when shredding up to 8 sheets per pass. Heavy duty 2.7 horsepower motor is chain driven with steel gears and can the handle the work load of any high security department. Easy to read indicator light for ready, bag full and door open. Powerful 2.7 horsepower motor is rated for continuous duty and will shred up to 16 sheets of 20 lb paper at a time. All Olympia shredders are available on the GSA Contract (GS-25F-0023L).
