Tech Shop Notes. Our techs checked all gears and timing, re-lubed and re-sealed the gearbox. NOTE - this machine appears to have little to no use - internally in near-new condition. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it with no issues whatsoever. The sensors all work as intended and were checked. New casters were also installed. The case will show blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type.
