This is a high performing cross cut shredder that is perfect for executive personal shredding duty. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it with no issues whatsoever. The sensors all work per oem new. The case will show blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type. Includes bag holder. Testing confirms that user should not exceed 10 sheets per pass of standard 20 bond office paper and regularly feed no more than 5 sheets per pass for best operation.
