TECH NOTES
This is a very heavy duty cross cut shredder with high volume capabilities. Shreds perfectly - see the result. We ran several hundred pages through it with no issues whatsoever. The sensors all work. The case will show blemishes consistent with use of a machine of this type. Includes bag holder. Testing confirms that user should not exceed 6 sheets per pass of standard 20 bond office paper and regularly feed no more than 3 sheets per pass for best operation.
