What we do

Phoenix Consulting re-markets US Government technology assets through our on-line store getthatpart.com. An extremely wide variety of equipment types, makes, and models are offered. Basically, if it has a power cord and the government bought it…..it is likely we offer it. Inventory is difficult to manage and we’ve developed a basic line card (below) to help identify some of the more common items we try to keep on hand.

How we process equipment

When equipment is brought in, we determine if it has value and if it is working. If both criteria are a go, we process further and do full diagnostics in preparation for sale. Phoenix Consulting has factory certified technicians and completes refurbishing as required in as many cases as possible. With non-working machines, we will pull parts that have value, have no observed defects, and can be guaranteed. Afterwards, the balance is recycled for scrap value. We are constantly seeking new supplies of electronics and developing new markets for them. Please contact us if have something to offer on either side.

Business Equipment Sales

Typical equipment offered includes business class workgroup printers, fax machines, copiers, plotters, scanners and related peripherals. We also handle servers, some monitors, computers, laptops and related equipment. There are many unusual machines being offered everyday – check back with us often, sign up for our newsletter, or our email list. It’s interesting just to ‘walk through’ our online store to see what we are offering.

Consider using us for your parts support needs as we offer many very hard-to-find parts at very low cost. Our parts are all used, but are inspected for integrity and guaranteed. Consumables for many makes and models are also offered.

Together, we can keep those older reliable machines humming. You will see we also offer a technical library full of support documents to help you do-it-yourself. We have factory certified techs that can help with technical questions if needed.
